If your payment was declined or is showing as pending (which can happen when using PayPal) there are a few things to check:
- Make sure the billing address and zip code you are enter in the payment screen is the same as the one associated with the card you are using.
- Check that the card number, expiration date and CVV are correct.
If the information listed above was entered correctly then you will need to contact your bank and/or PayPal (if using this payment method) directly to determine why the payment won't go through. Most often this is due to a daily limit or a charge that your bank is flagging as unauthorized. A quick phone call authorizing the charge should take care of the issue and you should be able to place your order.
